The Website is operated by Tehster OÜ, trading as Eteravida, with registered address at Sepapaja tn 6, 15551 Tallinn, Estonia, company registry code 16603143, VAT number EE102551716 (“Eteravida”, “we”, “us”, or “our”).

By accessing this Website or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Website. 

1. About Eteravida

Eteravida is an online store offering memorial products, including cremation urns, keepsake urns, jewelry for ashes, pet urns, and related items.

We aim to present our products as accurately as possible and to provide a clear and transparent shopping experience.

2. Eligibility and Use of the Website

By using this Website, you confirm that:

If a pricing error occurs, we reserve the right to cancel the affected order before shipment and refund any amount paid.

After you place an order, you will receive an email acknowledging receipt of the order. This acknowledgement does not mean the order has been accepted.

  • we suspect fraud, abuse, or unauthorized activity;

  • shipping restrictions apply to the delivery address.

If we cancel an order after payment has been made, we will refund the amount paid for the cancelled item(s).

You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. We are not responsible for losses arising from incorrect address details submitted by the customer.

If you wish to cancel or change an order, please contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has been processed or shipped, cancellation or changes may no longer be possible.

Refunds, if approved, will be issued to the original payment method in accordance with our Returns Policy and applicable law.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of or in connection with any order or use of the Website shall be limited to the amount actually paid by you for the relevant product giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability that cannot be limited or excluded under applicable law, including liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death, or personal injury caused by negligence where such exclusion is unlawful.
